Seneca said ; Life is like a play. It is not the legth but the excellence that matter.

In this week's podcast, I discuss two emotions to let go off, and two values to adopt in order to live a more fulfilling and happy life. You may already know of these concepts. I only serve as a reminder to you.

Emotions to let go
1- Fear ; Your fears are an illusion. Never allow them to motivate your actions and inaction.

2- Anger ; Holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. Choose to set yourself free and let the universe take control. The universe will have the most appropriate response to those who wrong you.

Values to adopt

1 - Gratitude ; Be thankful for what you already have. It takes a grateful heart to receive. Gratitude will shift you from an emotional place of lack to a place of hopefulness about the future.

2- Courage ; Sometimes life can be tough on you. However, courage is that quiet voice at the end of the day that says " i will try again tomorrow"
